Steney hoyer introduced this motion to defer this to the house judiciary committee... so the previos vote was voided, I gather... I am confused as well... It looks like the ® voted overwhelmingly to have this go to the floor... and it seems as tho the dems wanted it pulled back to commitee... They got a'scared of the ®'r perhaps?

A recorded vote is questioned again!!! a five minute vote. This vote is now a motion to refer... so as I am understanding it, the second vote was for officiallity as to the first vote, this one is for referral to the Judiciary committee... HOLY CRAP!
So it looks like Dennis gets his priviledged resolution, So, the first motion by dennis passed, (I did not blog for that one...) the motion happened by hoyer to table, the motion failed... THEN Hoyer made a motion to send it to the judiciary committee... that passed as well...
I have a bad feeling that this will die in committee...(bobR... please quote me? )
