A slightly different Ask A Vet this morning...

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 113C > § 2340
As used in this chapter—
1. “torture” means an act committed by a person acting under the color of law specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering (other than pain or suffering incidental to lawful sanctions) upon another person within his custody or physical control;
2. “severe mental pain or suffering” means the prolonged mental harm caused by or resulting from—
A. the intentional infliction or threatened infliction of severe physical pain or suffering;
B. the administration or application, or threatened administration or application, of mind-altering substances or other procedures calculated to disrupt profoundly the senses or the personality;
C. the threat of imminent death; or
D. the threat that another person will imminently be subjected to death, severe physical pain or suffering, or the administration or application of mind-altering substances or other procedures calculated to disrupt profoundly the senses or personality; and
3. “United States” means the several States of the United States, the District of Columbia, and the commonwealths, territories, and possessions of the United States.

The embedded object code is there in the rendered web page, but it's just not showing the video screen. I know it's possible, because I've been to webpages with embedded videos (non-YouTube). I will look into it more later...

Crime went down across the country and it was already starting to drop when Dinkins was mayor but he doesn't want to give Dinkins any credit for it.
And notice how the guy who was once seen as uncorruptible has so many sleazy friends and associates who are in trouble with the law.

yeah... the votre was today... the first set of munmbers was the motion to table the proposition... it was crazy shite! Everyone voted to table it, and then the numbers started to change!!!
THEN hoyer voted to have it brought to the judiciary committee... and that passed... so while dennis did not get the up or down vote... he forced the impeachment to the committee... basically... impeachment is NOT off the table.
