The former occupant of the Oval Office was facing civil charges related to his habit of over-valuing real estate for bank loans and undervaluing them for tax purposes. By now, the news has pretty widely broken that the NY AG has announced the case has turned into a criminal one:

• Atlanta prosecutors are investigating whether he criminally tried to overturn the election by asking for a specific number of votes in GA


• DC and Federal prosecutors are investigating whether he can be charged with inciting the Jan 06 coup attempt


• Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr - besides looking into the aforementioned tax issue - is looking into the hush money payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.


• Vance is also looking into relationships with Deutsche bank


• The DOJ may be re-opening the Russia probe, and attempts to obstruct justice


• Two civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct

He also has a lot of enemies he made with his scorched earth personality and "if you're not for me, you're against me" mentality.
