Must needed vacation is now happening. I have been watching the news here and there, but mostly trying to relax.
Watching what is happening in SoCal is tough and I hope Will is not in harm's way.

I am pleased to report that I am safe. I did not experience flooding. (I am on the second floor but I have a balcony.)
I didn't even experience the earthquake as I was standing on solid rock
Today, my new school is having a day of e-learning. So far, this school seems to be about as good a fit as the Catholic school. The team - from fellow teachers to the administrators - are helpful. The students are fairly good.
So, be safe and have fun.
