Sitting in the sun for a bit this afternoon with a big, fat stogie.
I regret that I crushed Javi recently with the news that I quit drinking - he had picked me up a nice bottle of Woodford Reserve for Father's Day some weeks ago.
Not sure alcohol-free will remain my default condition, but so far I'm sticking to it.
Today Cortez burned his ships. There will be no going back. (I deleted all the music, soundbytes, and effects that I used on tour from my phone. A playlist for my favourite ghost, Harlan Hayvrast, hurt me to do so. But I'm trying hard not to look in the rear-view mirror this time.)
Anyway, I digress. Have I mentioned the air-conditioning, predictable schedule, and better pay recently? Oh, and I got 8 hours of sleep last night, too!
