At work we have a program that we do yearly called 99 Days of Summer where they continuously stress the importance of being safe while working in the summer heat. Every crew loads up on water, ice, cooling bands, and more before they head out to their jobsite in the morning. One of the things they want everyone to know is how to know the signs or heat stroke and heat exhaustion.
With temps on the rise all over and heading into the hottest summer days I thought it would be good to share that information here as well.
