I am currently traveling for work, which is why I have't been around here this week. It's also why it slipped my mind that I needed to write a blog this morning. So if anyone feels inspired to post anything - please do, and then merge this lame blog stub in.

TiVo has brought on Tim Tebow as a spokesnut. They'll give $1 for every new TiVo facecrack fan to the Tim Tebow Foundation. I'd rather they give $100 for each Tebow interception or fumble, but that's just me.

And to add to the Manning Hatred Front, part of the reason Peyton Manning is joining with Papa Asshole to give away 2 million round pieces of cardboard is that he owns 20+ Papa Johns restaurants in the Denver area.

Let's see.....Papa Manning thinks that just because he suffered through a team so bad its fans had to wear bags on their heads that the NFL draft rules didn't apply to his sons, and now Peyton franchises an asshole's restaurants. So far the only thing I can say bad about Eli is that he's too damn good (and lucky) in the 4th quarter.

WODS (Boston) has started playing holiday music.

Fortunately, the store has not, but I expect it this weekend.

Aside - I wish the stations that flip format to Holiday music would play it from Thanksgiving to New Year's, instead of Veteran's day to Xmas day.

I might want to listen to some of that "in between", but they pull the plug on xmas pretty damn quick.

LIPA gets the Gangham treatment. I know that 90% of the Island lost power (and often people don't realize HOW large an Island it is) but I understand the frustration.

Um the problems with the election are are pretty simple, go back to the fair, equitable format for early voting that has worked well for the past 10 years. When you are caught red handed, don't dig your dickish heels in and say no, I'm not going to extend early voting and blame it on the length of the ballot (because of all the ruinous Republican legislator sponsored constitutional amendments) and generally be a total dick.

Well, my interview for a maternity leave sub position got moved to Friday. So, now I need to decide: to wear a suit to the holiday job interview or to not wear a suit?

As for the affair du jour, I am curious only if there were any problems with national security. Mind you, no one is looking very well in this mess.
