She will be the third person who was listening in on the July 25 call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to testify, a White House aide confirmed to NPR's Mara Liasson.
Williams is scheduled to testify on the same day as former national security adviser John Bolton. But investigators have only scheduled 30 minutes for Bolton's deposition, an indication they do not expect him to show up.
House investigators are likely to ask Williams about the July call as well as a September trip to Poland where Pence met with Zelenskiy.
Kamala Harris is coming up on Sirius Progress to talk to me and @ZerlinaMaxwell for @SignalBoostShow! And at the very same time, Tulsi Gabbard is down the hall recording an interview for Breitbart! Neat!

#notyouTulsi It is pissing me off that the media is giving her so much attention that she gets something like 4% in polls now.
