Oops - It's Late

We're on vacation this week. Raine forgot on Monday, so i thought I'd make sure to do one today. Instead, I slept in (yes, i just got up).
We're in the lost land of Mar-a-Lardo (on the other side of the state, thankfully), but yes - we've still seen tRumpers with their hats and bumper stickers. Living in Liberaland like we do, it's a bit jarring.
We haven't seen any Harris/Walz signs, despite this being a fairly enlightened area, but there's still hope.
Anyway - things will be back to normal (blog-wise) next week, but in the meantime, if no blog appears tomorrow, you ll will understand why.

I hope that everyone is well.
I did not get any job that I interviewed for last week. Ironically, another school in Pasadena wants me to interview next Thursday. A friend is trying to get me into a pet rescue organization.
If worse comes to worse, I may have to move back East. Hopefully, it will not happen.

I wonder if TFG will debate Harris.
The GOP seems to be falling apart. One GOP group is citing Dred Scott to disqualify Harris. I have to wonder how much farther they will fall.

I am looking at English and Social Studies teacher jobs in the Los Angeles area. (I can't do middle school again.) I am in Sherman Oaks in the Sen Fernando Valley.
Things have not been going well. I took some middle school jobs that did not end well. My last full time job was temporary high school, with the hope of becoming full-time. That did not materialize as they consolidated positions.
I have some interviews, but if things don't go well in the next few months I may have to move back to Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. I was working full time at a high school that had declining enrollment and living with a brother who saw me more as a servant.

I do have a Massachusetts license that is good, as it has never been used,. My family would only likely help me move back.
