Good Monday morning.

I don't want to wallow in awfulness this morning, as we are all going through this awful time. Everyone is in this catastrophe in one way or another.

Around this region, we are expecting beautiful weather. The air is clean and fresh. I have gratitude for that. I have friends and family I love and love me. That is something no one can take away.

I guess what I am trying to do is focus on the good things because it's easy to fall into the dark space and even harder to get out of it. I'm reminded of JFK.


I choose to apreciate what is good not because it is easy, but becuase it is hard. Once we get through this, it will be worth that effort.
