I am a Minuteman

Good Morning.
ICE is back in Boston, behaving like the Gestapo.
This of course, is in fulfillment of the prophecy "Those who ignore the past are doomed to repeat it."
We have been through this before, so once again - Let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us.
Of course you know the source material. The parallels are utterly stunning.
But we as New Englanders are not sitting idly by. If you watch Dr. Maddow, you know an incident in nearby Vermont that came to national attention.
While the protests continue, the original neighborhood watch was unable to prevent ICE from taking the gentleman in question in the first place.
Check your history - I would liken this incident to the "Powder Alarm" of September, 1774.
In the wake of that incident, the resistance in this city became stronger and better organized.
It is my belief that it is only a matter of time before armed militiamen show up at the next ICE raid and like our forebears at the North Bridge, stand to mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor".
At this time, I am not at liberty to state what my involvement is; secrecy of course, being necessary to our security.
But there is a Minuteman Group forming in Waltham. Like the "Committee of Safety" of old, you know what the intent is. Of course, we are linked via internet, cell, and text. Especially in my neighborhood - I can be anywhere within in the span of five minutes.
I shall endeavor to not become Isaac Davis. But channeling Brother Paul Revere is something I can do.

Two people were detained in Winthrop, Massachusetts, on Friday morning, in an incident that was caught on camera and left questions for the community amid talk of a second surge of federal immigration activity in the Boston area.
Scout Grifoni, who lives near where she saw the detentions, said she was driving home when she saw agents wearing DEA and Homeland Security vests pull a work truck over.
"It feels really close to home, and it feels honestly surreal, strange," she said, noting the incident left her shaken.
The owner of the truck that was pulled over told NBC10 Boston the two people who Grifoni filmed being detained were employees of his house painting and flooring company. He said the agents questioned him at first, showing him a picture of a person they were looking for, but released him when he showed them the U.S. passport he got seven years ago.
NBC10 Boston has reached out to ICE for any information on what happened, including what charges the pair were detained on and when they would make an initial court appearance, but didn't immediately hear back.
